Ohio Fuzzy Pawz at Dublin Pet Fair

So much to see, so much to do! This event is jam-packed with activities.

 

The Dublin Pet Fair is an annual event to celebrate pets, raise awareness for local rescues and shelters in Central Ohio, to promote pet adoptions and provide an educational and entertaining event for the public. 

 

 

There will be many rescues attending, Ohio Fuzzy Pawz included. Ohio Fuzzy Pawz is holding two raffles, drawing to be held mid-December. Please visit our booth for complete details.

Private School Pups will be holding their Rescue Race at this event.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Please use the link below to register for the 4th Annual Rescue Race and Costume Contest at the Dublin Pet Fair on September 24, 2023. All proceeds from this fun and adorable event go to help save rescue dogs by providing professional dog training grants.

• Dog rescue races are only for x-small, small, and medium-sized dogs due to the smaller track size. Large dogs are welcome as cheerleaders (costumes welcome!) for the event.

• PRIZES! First, second, and third prize winners will be awarded for all three size categories.

• Race times will be in 30-minute intervals starting at 1, 2, 3, and 4 p.m. After registration, our team will update you on all event logistics and timing for you and your pup.

The Mark Twain Craft Bazaar is one of the most highly anticipated holiday bazaars in Central Ohio. The Mark Twain Craft Bazaar has grown to include over 150 unique artists from throughout Ohio. All items are beautifully hand crafted.

The annual Craft B azaar is sponsored by the Mark Twain Parent Teacher Association. Their proceeds directly benefit the students of Mark Twain Elementary School, allowing students to enjoy cultural field trips, artist in the school programs, and various other activities to enrich their learning experience.

 

100% of the proceeds from the Ohio Fuzzy Pawz booth support the dogs we rescue.

This family friendly festival will feature a Port Royal Pirate Trade Show and a Buckeye Lake Pirate Treasure Hunt by Land and Sea. There are plans for a full day of activities all around the lake including Special Event Tours for kayaks, golf carts, trucks and much more.   Everyone is welcome – especially Pirates, Steampunk and Mermaids!  Admission is FREE!

The Port Royal Pirate Marketplace is a free outdoor event show with over 60 booths and multiple food vendors. Free Family & children entertainment will be provided with a variety of events on the day of the festival to include pirate tattoos, balloon pirate swords and photos with a Mermaid and additional kid’s activities. The Pirate Marketplace will be held at Port Royal: located at the Harbor Community Center.

The Buckeye Lake Pirate Treasure Hunt by Land and Sea is a featured Event!   Pirate Fest Treasure Maps will be handed out at the Port Royal / the Harbor Community Center and participating local area businesses.  The Treasure Maps will identify up to 40 business locations with a red X that will each have a drawing for a treasure chest with over $150 value in cash, gift cards and merchandise – contents will be customized by their business. Includes the custom handmade Treasure Chest ($50 value) for each winner.

5000 FREE Treasure maps will be distributed for participants to use to go around the lake stopping where an X marks the location of treasure! 

The maps will be two sided, with treasure by land and sea.  You’ll be able to go to 20 locations by boat by following your treasure map and all 40 locations by car (all locations will be accessible to land). 

Your goal is to visit as many locations as you can on Saturday, May 18, 2024!

The purpose of this event is to bring awareness to animal welfare organizations in the State of Ohio, to promote the adoption of shelter and rescue pets, to showcase animal related vendors and sponsors, and to provide an educational and entertaining event for the public. The proceeds from this event will be utilized for spay/neuter efforts to help control pet overpopulation, a major concern faced by the rescue community in our state.   

 

There will be many rescues attending, Ohio Fuzzy Pawz included.  A large number of pet-related vendors will be showcasing their products or services.  The Southern Ohio Flying K9s will have multiple demonstration and there will also be pet races and costume contests.  There will be food trucks, raffles, items for sale, and more!

 

1st Annual Dublin Pet Fair 5K race, Sponsored by Pet Palace!

The race is scheduled to start at 9am and will take walkers, joggers and runners through the Indian Run Meadows Park with the turning point at the ML Red Trabue Nature Reserve. Registration for the race is only $25. The Rascal Unit will be conducting a wellness clinic from 12pm to 3pm, providing vaccinations, microchips, and preventive care at an affordable price. This juried handcrafted show supports the Watkins Memorial student athletes at Watkins Memorial High School. 

Ohio Fuzzy Pawz looks forward to meeting the attendees in the Pataskala area as this will be our first time attending this craft fair.

Ohio Fuzzy Pawz will have all of our handmade merchandise available for your shopping pleasure. This includes our upcycled and embroidered handmade items for pets and pet lovers.

This craft bazaar benefits the Grove City High School Band and offers over 200 unique vendors.

 

The Ohio Fuzzy Pawz booth will have lots of unique handmade merchandise available for your four legged friends and pet lovers too.

Pet beds, pet toys, pet/lap blankets, cat kickers, snuffle mats and balls. Upcycled grain bag totes, dog toys, dog bone placemats, tugs and garden/patio mushrooms. Embroidered hats, totes, pet toys, key fobs and t-shirts. 
 

100% of the proceeds from our booth benefit the dogs we rescue.

 

Homemade breakfast, lunch and desserts served daily.

Don't Miss This Annual Event!
